New: table reservations with Adiutor

A free table should be bookable even when nobody can pick up the phone.

With Adiutor, guests reserve their table directly in the app. They choose the number of people, the date and an available time. The interface guides them through the booking without having to call the restaurant or wait for a reply.

In the background, the system checks availability and automatically assigns a suitable table. The booking appears directly on the digital floor plan, so the team sees at a glance which tables are taken or still free and can prepare the service. Free seats are used better, without manually matching the reservation list and the floor plan.

Each business can set its own reservation rules and decide which bookings are possible online. Availability follows the restaurant’s own processes – even on days when service is organised differently than usual.

Guests can also add extras such as an apéritif to their reservation. Time-limited offers, like a brunch or a Swiss National Day event, can be shown during booking too. Guests see right away what’s available for their visit and can book it together with their table.

For the team, that means less coordination by phone and a clear overview of upcoming guests. For guests, it’s an easy way to their reserved table – even outside opening hours.
